What in the flying fuck.

The tech company got back to me about my laptop, whom I quite affectionately refer to as Darwin, (it's a long story, but basically he out lived and ran one of the highest quality Macs of his time and so kicked evolution down a couple notches. Thus, Darwin.) One thing they said he WAS maxed out on Ram (I've had my suspicions on this for some time, not surprised. I do ask a lot of him, even with Godzilla's help.) that all they could do for him would be a tune up but that wouldn't fix his problem.

One thing: THEY SOLD ME THIS LAPTOP. So how do they figure they can't help him if they know him inside and out, because he's refurbished from them?

Also, what was weirder was over the phone the guys like
"Yeah...it's really slow, too."

...I never said he was being slow. I just asked for a check-up. He's NEVER slow. His fan just makes noises and he gets hot as fuck down there but slowness is not a fault of his. His start up is like 1 min for everything, it's amazing. I don't get it. Okay, sure, he does shut down or act up occasionally, but the only times he's done that is with other people using him and it's happened less times than I have fingers on one hand.

Then the guys all "Well I suggest getting a new one."

"..." You'd think my silence over the phone woulda spoke volumes.

"Since they've gone down in price since you bought it I'm sure--" " Well I got it from you guys a couple Christmas' ago, so yeah--" "Oh, you got it from us?"

Ohmyjesus. He has a refurbished sticker on the bottom of him THAT SAYS YOU DID IT. AND YOUR COMPANY'S PHONE NUMBER. AND ADDRESS.

...maybe he was, whatever, I did just come back after 9 months so it's possible.

Tomorrow I will talk to my favorite guy from there, the one who gave me Dar and has constantly helped us. I know HE'S legit. Ugh. I just miss that little laptop so much, I don't have the money to drop for a new one, and I don't WANT to either! ....fuckit I know it's a hunk of technology but it's MY hunk of technology and I owe it a lot.

Hi there! I'm Chrissy, but I'll answer to everything from Christopher, Christobell (thank my roommate for that one) Jonesy, or Charlie on here.

When I was a little girl I wanted to be a veterinarian. When I got older, (but not grown up) I decided to switch and go into art as a career choice and become an illustrator. You can imagine how proud my mother was.

Now, I'm attending a college for it, so I'm a 'professional art student' whatever that is.

Commissions: No time as of now, but summer is coming and I'll get more free time then, so check back occasionally!

What program/tools do you use?
Sai Paint Tool Program. It has never failed me in all four years of me using it-not even Photoshop has that title.
Also a wonderful Wacom Intuos4 Tablet.
And, of course, the good old sketchbook and scanner duo.

Could you please look and comment my art?
If I have time I will-I have this weird thing about in depth comments, and if your comment/statement made me smile, I'll sometimes click on your name and check out your work, and comment on my fav piece on your gallery. Sometimes.

Where do you get your ideas?
From getting little to no sleep and hallucinating, or just from the music I listen to. And I listen to a lot of music.
Also, my brotha from another motha, *GrandaughterWillow She's sinfully delightful influence on me.
